- Contest opens at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern on September 18, 2023, and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern on September 30, 2023. Selections will be made no later than October 7, 2023.

- You must have a Google account to be able to participate
- Chosen entries will be contacted by email. Failure to respond to our email within 48 hours revokes eligibility.
- Selected pieces will be featured in my 2024 calendar and on my social media channels.
- Only high-resolution photo(s) or file(s) of your piece(s) in PNG or JPG format will be considered and the actual file size should not exceed 10 MB.
- Files should be named like this: Art_Title_by_FirstName_LastName.png  Failure to follow this formatting will result in ineligibility.
